Remote applicants will not be considered.Responsibilities:Candidates will be expected to perform or lead the following functions depending on the specific role released:Lead and execute the comprehensive UX lifecycle, including advanced user research, synthesizing complex qualitative and quantitative data, defining information architecture, mapping intricate user flows, wireframing, and delivering high-fidelity prototypes.Consult with product management, engineering, and executive stakeholders to define and refine UX strategy, ensuring alignment between business objectives, regulatory necessities, and validated user needs.Advocate for and apply user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1 AA) throughout the product development process.Actively utilize and contribute to the client's established Design Systems to ensure design consistency, efficiency, and scalability across digital channels (Web, Mobile, Enterprise Applications).Facilitate design workshops and critique sessions, clearly articulating design rationale and compliance requirements to technical, legal, and non-technical partners.
