The Travel Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing outstanding customer support throughout the travel planning process. Youll assist clients with inquiries, bookings, and trip details while ensuring each experience is seamless and stress-free.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, and travel packages.
• Provide accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and itineraries.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Communicate with travel suppliers and vendors to confirm bookings and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed client records and correspondence in the CRM system.
• Support the sales team by promoting travel deals and upgrades when appropriate.
• Stay informed about travel policies, restrictions, and industry updates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service , hospitality , or the travel industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in email, chat, and online booking systems.
