Medical Receptionist We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role involves distributing mail, reports, and written communication to designated parties, performing account maintenance, handling faxing, scanning, and copying, promptly resolving customer issues, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments. The position also involves interacting with patients during check‑in and check‑out processes. Responsibilities Distribute mail, reports, and written communication to designated parties. Essential Skills Customer Service Data Entry Additional Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of healthcare practices Ability to interact with patients professionally No scheduling or billing experience required Work Environment The role is based in a clinic environment on the main campus for ambulatory clinics. Working hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The position is fully on-site and offers the opportunity to gain experience across multiple specialties, including orthopedics, primary care, and allergy clinics. Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based in Boston, MA. Pay and Benefits Pay range: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour. Benefits may be subject to eligibility requirements and may vary based on classification and length of employment.
